All Get Cyber Hype plans are for a 12 month minimum commitment but you can pay up your 12 months if you want to cancel anytime. All plans are renewed annually on the same basis. Before you cancel, you may want to make alternative arrangements for your website and email.

Most websites don’t show real results straight away. Search engines like Google do not trust new websites immediately; it takes time, typically 3-6 months to start trusting and ranking a new site and 12-18 months to reach optimal trust and ranking. Cancelling early often means stopping just as visibility and enquiries are beginning to improve.

A website works best as a long-term marketing asset, not a short-term expense. The longer it’s live, updated with new content and maintained, the more value it delivers.

There’s no catch we’re completely transparent with our Prices and Terms. Through our experience creating bespoke websites for small businesses, we know many businesses and organisations would like and benefit from having a website but either don’t have the budget to develop one or are not convinced of the benefits yet.

Because we know businesses need this, we have simplified the development process, creating standardised modules and sections to present accessible and meaningful content.  These websites can be created and deployed quickly using streamlined processes, keeping costs to a minimum. Overall, we believe in this approach so much that we are sharing the risk by maintaining low prices and great service standards so that customers will want to stay with us in the longterm.

Once we have all the information we need from you, for StartUp Plan sites we say 7-14 days. PLUS Plan sites will take longer depending on the options chosen but roughly 14-28 days. Your email account(s) will work almost immediately. In any event, we will confirm the timescale with you before starting.

Your website and email will be unavailable if your subscription isn’t paid or is cancelled.

All customers have the option to move their website to our bespoke hosting and development services. We’ll work with you and draw up a plan with pricing.

No, …. and yes …. through this Get Cyber Hype service we only offer websites hosted and managed by us. If a customer wants to move it to another hosting provider, a migration fee starting at £495 for theme licensing and admin costs will need to be paid. We will provide a theme license, remove any images and graphics licensed to us from a copy of the website, back it up and provide it to you.

Without exception, we only provide migration packages with the licensed theme and do not offer admin or server access to our systems for anyone. We do not migrate email – your new provider will need to do that before your subscription ends. All the written content on a site belongs to the customer, so a customer can use it freely to develop another site if preferred.

If implemented on a Get Cyber Hype website, licenses for any add-on technologies operating under our licenses such as testimonial collection and display, and social media feeds may also need to be purchased by the customer for them to work when moving to another hosting provider.

Yes you can! We can supply international localised domains and can host your website on a server nearer to you if preferred. All our websites are created in English but we can add a translation service for a small additional cost. Truly multi-lingual sites can only be created using our bespoke development services.
